Your orders will be processed in our main office in Covington GA, USA

Currency
All transactions will be carried out in US Dollars (US$)

VAT
There will be no mention of VAT on your invoice – it will not be charged at source
You will be asked to pay VAT on imported goods by the shipping company
There will be no VAT charged on any items shipped from our UK facility

Import Duties
The prices on the web site exclude Import Duties this will be added at UK customs and you will asked to pay before delivery. Import Duties are not refundable – in the UK this could add approximately 3% to 5% to the value of you invoice.

There will be no Duties charged on any items shipped from our UK facility

Shipping
Items on the ndtmart.co.uk web site marked (UK) in their description are stocked in our UK facility.

Items ordered from ndtmart.co.uk site:-
i) You will be charged shipping from Lancaster England – Products marked (UK) will be delivered FREE (For a limited period - UK mainland only).

Items on the ndtmart.com web site are stocked in our USA facility

Items ordered from ndtmart.com site:-
Even with the cost of shipping you will find the web site prices competitive. Plus:-
i) You will always know and agree the price of shipping BEFORE we process your order.
ii) You will only pay for the actual cost of export packing material and the cost of shipping.
iii) We will get a price to ship to you by our freight company or you can provide your own freight company.

If you order includes goods from UK and from USA then you will receive two separate shipments.

Packing
All orders will be suitably packed for export shipping.

Returns
Any goods found faulty in UK or Europe can be return to our UK facility.

Product Range Limitations (www.ndtmart.com)
In some cases it is:-
i) Not possible for us to sell outside of mainland USA because of agreements with manufactures,
ii) Impractical or uneconomical to ship outside mainland USA
