In general:-

All goods are provided on ex-factory terms and with a 12 month warranty on parts only.

The manufacturer offer a 12 month guarantee on all non-consumable parts used in the manufacture of their products. During this period of warranty, the manufacturer will provide a replacement, on ex-factory terms, for the component which is deemed faulty.

When requested, faulty parts must be returned to the manufacturers factory for inspection before a warranty replacement is made available.

Warranty is void on a component which, in the opinion of manufacturer, has been damaged / failed by mistreatment or abuse.
