US Mainland: You may receive more than one delivery for your order
Export: Typically orders are shipped complete

The reason - Shipping takes time and is expensive, we reduce delivery time and cost by drop shipping your order directly to you from the manufacturer.

How you delivery charge is calculated - We add the delivery charges from each supplier for delivery from them direct to you and invoice you the total – you are charged at cost – nothing is added.

Does it cost more - No – it’s less because there is only one delivery cost (the goods do not come via us) there is noextra packing material and no extra handling costs.

Any problems - We do not check your order – we trust the manufacturer. The goods are only handled once so there are fewer problems – if you do find problem then you contact us on our free phone number.

The reason - Carrying stock is expensive – cost to get it here, space, some items have limited shelf life and our capital tied up.
