Quality Statement - Complaints Procedure  

NDT Mart Inc try to maintain a balance of brands and products to offer our customers which include a range of products manufactured outside of the USA. Our product range purposely includes ‘industry leading brands’ and more competitively priced ‘lesser know brands’.

Our lesser know products are chosen with care – we get samples and check them before we add them to our products line. These checks will include, but not be limited to, visual inspections, spot checking CE approvals, quality checks, spot checking manufacturers claims. The selection process is carried out with vigour and by people with many years experience in NDT Industry – at this time that is the company owner.

NDT Mart Inc do not have a QA System we must therefore rely on our suppliers so when we select a product future business is based on good faith.

This being the case:-

NDT Mart Inc are confident that of the products we sell but, over the last 20 plus years, have experienced a few failings.

1) Quality of products – this applies to all products – imported or otherwise.

2) Quality of documentation – either incomplete or in one case falsified, we have limited resources so it is very difficult for us to detect so we now warn customer:-

Some imported products may not be suitable to be used as part of a QA Program**
If you operate a QA Program we recommend you contact us before you make a purchase.

** Products may be of suitable quality but lack the necessary QA documentation. We have found that these products could be checked, self certified and used.

If there is a problem or query with or about any product then we must be informed immediately.

Any complaints should at first be directed to our customer support 1-770-787-7002 or complete our ‘Official Complaint Form’ below.

This should include:

  1. Order number ( if applicable )
  2. Product Description ( if applicable )
  3. Nature or complaint

Our sales support will attempt to solve the issue by either:

  1. Change of working policy
  2. Replacing product
  3. Giving refund

For serious, re-occurring complaints or complaints that cannot be handled by our sales support will be escalated to the company management.

This will involve a more detailed investigation this may include:

  1. Temporarily withdrawing products
  2. Investigating product quality.
  3. Investigating suppliers.

All complaints may request access to NDT Mart Inc management.
